Leo Force in Brockton, MA is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician II to perform repair and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment, including packaging machinery. The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience with hands-on PLC/VFD/HMI and welding skills, and a strong emphasis on GMP and safety.
You'll operate CMMS for work orders, participate in shift handoffs, and support continuous improvement on the production floor.
