Congress and Peer-to-Peer Lead

Pharvaris is a late-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel, oral bradykinin B2 receptor antagonists to potentially address all types of bradykinin-mediated angioedema. By targeting this clinically proven therapeutic target with novel, oral small molecules, the Pharvaris team is advancing new alternatives to injected therapies for the prevention and treatment of hereditary angioedema (HAE) attacks, and other bradykinin B2-receptor-mediated indications. HAE is a rare and potentially life-threatening genetic disease, and people living with HAE can suffer sudden and prolonged attacks of swelling in multiple areas of the body, including the airway, which can be life-threatening.

We are excited to be expanding our U.S. Commercial team and are looking for a Congress and Peer-to-Peer Lead, to join our team and report to our Portfolio Marketing Lead.

The Congress and Peer-to-Peer Lead is responsible for the strategic direction, planning, and development of compelling educational content for congresses, advisory boards and the peer-to-peer suite of speaker programs to support Pharvaris’ launches in HAE. This leader will define and oversee the immediate and long-term vision for the company’s presence and influence across local, regional, and national conferences and medical society meetings, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and business objectives.

Additionally, this person will be responsible for collaborating closely with the Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs) team to plan and execute high-impact ad boards and strategic council meetings, ensuring the collection and pull through of insights to inform brand strategy, customer engagement, and market development.

This highly visible role requires an accomplished strategic marketing leader with a proven track record of leading and executing congress activities, advisory boards, and peer-to-peer program strategy, who can build cross-functional alignment and execute in a fast-paced launch and innovation-focused environment

• Leads the strategic marketing presence at local, regional, and national conferences and medical society meetings
• Drives key decisions about congress booth design and content including our future presence / footprint across a broad range of meetings
• Leads the development of ad board materials, in close partnership with TLLs, Medical, MLR reviewers and agency partners and takes them through the promotional review process
• Sets the content strategy for the suite of peer-to-peer programs that will be developed to support the education of HCPs on disease state and future Pharvaris products
• Key member of the speaker bureau steering committee
• Serve as a key partner within the Commercial organization, accountable for shaping and advancing HCP educational strategy in support of launch readiness and long-term brand growth
• Develop deep expertise in the HCP journey by generating insights, identifying unmet needs and friction points, and translating those insights into actionable tactics
• Establish strong, effective partnerships across organizational functions such as Medical, TLLs, Patient Advocacy, Commercial Operations, Launch Excellence, Legal, Regulatory and agency partners to move work forward with clarity and consistency
