• Serve as the liaison between the patient and physician to establish and maintain quality patient care.
• Assess patients and families, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes.
• Take vitals, administer medications, and assist with exams and procedures.
• Document patient history, chief complaint, medications, and more in the EMR.
• Order tests, obtain prior authorizations, and coordinate referrals and scheduling.
• Prepare and stock exam rooms and support daily clinical operations.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families throughout the care process.

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license.
• Experience with EMRs (Athena preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to care.
• Previous outpatient or primary care experience preferred.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 5×8 hour shifts.
