Position: Autonomous NP/PA for Outpatient Primary Care

A collaborative outpatient internal medicine and primary care practice in Hudson, Massachusetts is looking for a skilled, compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants to practice at the top of their scope in a well-supported, team-oriented environment — without the chaos of hospital shifts or the grind of high-volume urgent care. This is a Monday–Friday, outpatient-only role built around long-term patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and evidence-based care delivery alongside a team that genuinely values the providers it works with.
