Alliance Health at Baldwinville is a 94-bed skilled nursing facility (LTC). We are seeking LPN's to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders
Administer medications and treatments
Assess residents and document changes in condition
Supervise and support nursing assistants
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations
Current Massachusetts LPN license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Long-term care experience preferred
Flexible availability, including weekends
