Boston Medical Center (BMC) is a Magnet®‑recognized, safety‑net hospital that provides comprehensive cardiac telemetry care. As an RN in our Cardiac Telemetry Department, you will deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care to a diverse population of cardiac patients in a 32‑hour shift (11p.m.–7a.m.) with rotating weekends.
Job Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, evaluate, and educate patients
- Communicate with health‑care team members, patients, and families
- Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient‑care activities to inter‑professional colleagues
- Update and manage patient records, enter and interpret computerized data
- Follow guidelines and policies established by BMC’s nursing organization
- Assist leadership in quality‑improvement projects
- Diploma, ASN or BSN in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years if not already earned
- Current RN license in Massachusetts and BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Prior acute Med/Surg experience preferred

Compensation range: $38.10 – $77.63 per hour.
