Well established hospice agency has a need for an experienced Hospice RN Case Manager to see patients in homes in Brockton, MA and surrounding towns.
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
- Shorter works weeks considered.
- No weekends, holidays or on-call required!

Requires minimum 1 year of Hospice RN experience with a Medicare certified agency.
