As an LPN, you may provide nursing services in settings such as:

• Skilled nursing facilities (SNFs)
• Long-term care facilities
• Rehabilitation centers
• Assisted living and other healthcare settings

• Providing safe and compassionate patient care
• Administering medications as ordered
• Monitoring and documenting patient conditions
• Assisting with treatments and nursing procedures
• Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Following facility policies and nursing standards
• Completing accurate clinical documentation

• Current and valid LPN license in the state where you will work
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to provide proof of required credentials
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Reliable and dependable
• Must meet Care Gave Health and facility credentialing requirements
