CNA via Oncoll App

About the Role:

Care Gave Health Corp is looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our innovative care team in Leominster, MA. This exciting opportunity allows you to connect and work flexibly through the Oncoll App, putting you in control of your schedule while making a real difference in patients' lives.

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes to supervising nursing staff
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Support patients with meals, feeding, and hydration to ensure proper nutrition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Document patient care activities accurately through the Oncoll App platform

• Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Massachusetts
• Prior experience in a clinical, home care, or long-term care setting preferred
• Ability to use a smartphone and navigate the Oncoll App platform
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Must be located in or able to commute to the Leominster, MA area
