Nurse Practitioner – Boston Area | Access

An established healthcare organization in the Boston area is seeking a dedicated and flexible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support its Same Day Access Clinic.

• Full-time opportunity supporting a Same Day Access Clinic
• Provide same-day clinical care for patients
• Focus on transitional care visits
  , including hospital discharge follow-ups
• Evaluate, diagnose and treat acute and subacute conditions
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and care teams
• Patients scheduled continuously throughout the day
• 8-9 hour shifts
• Flexible scheduling options may be available
• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-based environment
• Help improve patient access and support positive care outcomes

• Current Massachusetts licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Board certification required
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or transitional care preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic same-day access setting
