Your Profile:
  • Level of studies:
    Engineering or Master's degree in Industrial engineering, technical fields or equivalent.
  • Experience:

    3 years of experience within Yazaki & 18 months in current position.
  • Languages:

    Fluent level in English & French.
  • Required skills:

    Quality System / Quality Assurance / Statistical Analysis.
Main responsibilities:
  • Complaints Management
    • Maintain the QMS complaint handling process for the engineering site, ensuring alignment with customer, IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 and internal CRS requirements.
    • Receive, register and ensure all engineering-related complaints are recorded in CRS with objective evidence, correct product/service scope, priority, severity, owner and due dates.
    • Review complaint details, validate the issue and coordinate the multidisciplinary team needed for containment, analysis, corrective action and customer response.
    • Ensure response-time discipline: start answer within 2 working days and complete within 10 working days for low/normal priority; start within 24 hours and complete within 5 working days for urgent/high-severity cases.
    • Coordinate complaint review / 8D meetings and support teams in root-cause analysis, risk assessment, containment definition and corrective / preventive action planning.
    • Follow up corrective and preventive actions until closure, including evidence collection, implementation status, effectiveness verification and overdue escalation.
    • Communicate complaint status, decisions and results to customers, complainants, plant window persons and other concerned parties in a clear and accessible manner.
    • Escalate significant, repeated, high-risk or overdue complaints to top management and relevant engineering / quality leadership.
    • Drive horizontal deployment of lessons learned, Yokoten actions and recurring-issue prevention across engineering teams and affected sites.
    • Maintain and standardize complaint-management documents, workflows, CRS master data and records to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
    • Monitor complaint KPIs and process targets, including number of complaints, response time, closure time, overdue actions, repeat issues and customer satisfaction impact.
    • Prepare periodic reports and management-review inputs on complaint process effectiveness, trends, risks and improvement recommendations.
    • Promote awareness of the complaints handling system, customer focus and proper CRS usage across engineering teams and plant interfaces.
    • Provide training and support to complaint owners, plant window persons and users on complaint registration, analysis, approval and follow-up requirements.
    • Support internal and external audits related to complaint handling by providing records, evidence, action status and process performance information.
  • Quality Management System
    • Support the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System, contributing to process effectiveness, standardization and audit readiness.
    • Participate in internal audits as requested and monitor related action plans until effective closure.
    • Support external audits by preparing evidence, clarifying QMS practices and following up assigned improvement actions.
    • Provide training and awareness sessions related to Quality department processes, continuous improvement methods and QMS requirements.
    • Maintain Quality Assurance documentation accurate, updated and aligned with applicable standards, internal procedures and site practices.
  • Continuous improvement
    • Coordinate internal continuous-improvement activities to reduce, prevent and systematically eliminate customer-related quality issues.
    • Monitor, analyze and report internal quality performance indicators to the management team, identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
