• Lead daily operations (sometimes by example!) across restaurant, market, and catering
• Guide and develop a talented culinary and service team

• Manage inventory, vendors, and cost controls
• Collaborate with ownership to grow all three business lines

• 3–5 years of restaurant or culinary management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for hospitality and Italian-inspired cuisine
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts with confidence
