Product Manager​/Associate Product Manager, Licensing

RMS International USA is seeking a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager to join our Licensing team. The level of the role will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

This is a unique opportunity to help bring trend-driven, licensed consumer products to market for some of the largest retailers. Working cross-functionally with licensing partners, sales, design, sourcing, and marketing teams, you'll help identify opportunities, develop product concepts, and manage products from ideation through launch.

We're looking for someone who combines strong business acumen with genuine enthusiasm for trends, toys, entertainment properties, and consumer products. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly organized, commercially minded, and excited by the challenge of turning cultural moments and licensed brands into successful products.

• A passion for toys, trends, licensing, pop culture, entertainment, gaming, collectibles, and consumer products
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in product management, brand management, licensing, merchandising, consumer products, or related fields is preferred
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn
