Hours:
4‑19 hours
- Driving Sales: Utilize the Store Force dashboard and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and actively work to grow your contribution to the store’s overall sales.

Experience:
Consistently deliver a world‑class experience. Connect with customers, identify their needs by listening attentively and asking open‑ended questions, and demonstrate product benefits and features. - Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values:
Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values through store parties and other initiatives. - Product Passion: Continually expand your product knowledge. Stay up‑to‑date on products, ingredients, and benefits to confidently recommend products.
- Development: Use Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge. Take ownership of your development, assess performance, and seek feedback.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication and actively listen to team members regarding DEIB. Promote teamwork and recognize each employee’s contributions.
- Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present. Participate in teamwork, prioritize wellbeing, and stay informed on company updates.
- Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience.
- Stock and Inventory: Apply Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust product displays in real time.
- Policies and Procedures: Practice company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- NOTE:
Candidates under 18 will be employed under the Lush Youth Employment Program per local regulations.
- Experience with consultation‑based customer service models
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience in skincare or cosmetics
Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training - Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
Chestnut Hill Pay: $20 USD – $20 USD
