Job Description Business Development Representative (BDR) – Kitchen & Bath Showrooms Field-Based | W-2 | No Commission | Structured Pay About 802 Cabinetry:802 Cabinetry is a fast-growing wholesale cabinet company serving kitchen & bath showrooms only.

We focus on long-term dealer relationships, reliable products, and consistent support — not pressure selling.

We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to visit kitchen & bath showrooms in an assigned territory.

Your job is to:

Open new dealer accounts

Reactivate inactive dealers

Maintain strong relationships with existing showrooms

Ensure consistent territory coverage

This role follows a structured, activity-based model (similar to Comcast B2B), not a commission gamble.

Compensation (Very Clear & Predictable) Daily Pay $200 per day when 5 qualified showroom visits are completed

Extra Visit Pay $35 for each additional visit (6th visit and up)
Monthly KPI Bonuses (Stackable)
New accounts opened

Reactivated inactive dealers

Active dealer portfolio %
Reduction of inactive dealers

Realistic annual earnings:$65,000 – $85,000+Higher for strong performers No hourly tracking No commission pressure Paid for real work, not promises

What Counts as a “Qualified Visit”In-person showroom visit

Minimum 15 minutes

Logged same day Includes notes + photos(We keep rules clear and fair.)Responsibilities Visit kitchen & bath showrooms daily

Introduce 802 Cabinetry products and programs

Open new dealer accounts

Reactivate dormant dealers

Support designers with basic questions

Log visits accurately and professionally

Maintain assigned territory coverage

What We’re Looking For Great fit if you are:

A B2B field rep (Comcast, ADT, Solar, utilities, building materials)
From a showroom, supply house, or counter sales background

Organized, consistent, and self-managed

Comfortable visiting businesses every day Relationship-focused, not pushy

Not a fit if you are:

Commission-only focused

Looking for fast “hard closes”Uncomfortable with structure or activity tracking

Requirements

Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle

Comfortable with local daily travel

Smartphone (for visit logging & photos)
Professional communication skills
