RoleWe are looking for a Regional Sales Director in the New England region reporting to the RVP in the Sales and Go‑to‑Market department. You will lead and build high‑performing sales teams, drive customer delight and secure cloud transformation within your assigned region, and foster trusted partnerships to position Zscaler as a leader in cloud security.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)- Recruit, hire and develop world‑class sales talent, build development plans for each rep, and coach and motivate the team to overachieve on targets
- Understand and solve customer pain points through Zscaler’s unique value proposition
- Act as the GM of your business, creating a success plan and accurately forecasting business monthly, quarterly, and yearly
- Serve as the executive sponsor for key partners, creating joint plans, generating pipeline and driving opportunities to closure
- Thrives in ambiguity and builds paths as you go
- Acting like an owner with a bias for action and integrity, navigating seamlessly between high‑level strategy and hands‑on execution
- Problem‑solver who lasers into finding solutions to hard challenges

- Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in a related field
- 5–8+ years of direct sales leadership experience in the software/SaaS space
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
Base Pay Range: $145,250 – $207,500 USD (excluding commission/bonus/equity and benefits)
