Retail Jewelry Sales Associate

Job Description

We are offering both Full-time and Part-time positions.

If you are a self-motivated, energetic, customer service-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills and would like to join and contribute to a successful family-owned organization

• Processing customer transactions, orders, sales, and transfers of merchandise.
• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to general inquiries.
• Evaluate and document condition of customers merchandise for repair.
• Working closely with each customer to learn his/her needs.
• Establishing a loyal customer base and creating sales.
• Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
• Understanding and having the ability to communicate the features and benefits of our products.
• Supporting the store’s operations in all matters.

• A love for jewelry and working with people
• A Sales approach to building and growing a client base
• Outstanding customer service at all times.
• A strong knowledge of jewelry, silver, gold and/or watch repair is preferred.
• Old Fashion work ethic, team attitude and hands on approach.
• An ambition to advance a career in retail.
• A Graduate Gemology degree is preferred but not required.
