- Lead the sales process from initial inquiry to policy binding for new and existing clients.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of client portfolios to ensure they are adequately protected against risk.
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with local business owners and families in the Brockton area.
- Collaborate with our underwriting team to negotiate coverage terms that best serve the client.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them refine their sales techniques.
- Identify gaps in coverage and proactively present solutions that add value to our policyholders.
- Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- At least five years of professional experience in insurance sales or account management.
- In-depth understanding of policy coverage and risk assessment.
- Demonstrable history of meeting sales goals and growing a book of business.
- Strong comfort level with modern agency management software and digital documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is helpful but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening and problem-solving.
