- Account Management: Develop and grow relationships with customers to generate new opportunities and ensure all customer demands are met, helping to advance business within the practice. Create and execute strategic plans and routing schedules for the territory to capitalize on revenue from the highest potential customers.
- Customer Needs Clarification: Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; tailor standard materials for presentations to decision makers and influencers within the customer organization; ask relevant questions to gather information, evaluate interest, and identify and respond to areas requiring further explanation.
- Sell Customer Propositions: Use personal expertise to identify products and/or services that meet the customer’s needs, together with quantities and product configurations. Present these with a clear rationale to gain the customer’s agreement.
- Promoting Customer Focus: Work collaboratively with colleagues to create execution plans that help meet customer and organization needs.
- Marketing Execution: Execute marketing plan for specific products to help change customer behavior, driving adoption of product.
- Builds Networks: Maintains relationships across a variety of functions and locations; draws upon multiple relationships to exchange ideas, resources, and knowledge.
- Resourcefulness: Manages resources to get things done; orchestrates multiple activities simultaneously to accomplish a goal; gets the most out of limited resources; applies knowledge of internal structures, processes, and culture to resourcing efforts.
- Values Differences: Seeks to understand different perspectives and cultures; contributes to a work climate where differences are valued and supported; applies others' diverse experiences, styles, backgrounds, and perspectives to get results; is sensitive to cultural norms, expectations, and ways of communicating.

- Attainment of quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Call metrics including reach and frequency to targeted accounts
- Compliance to regulations
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs.; Associate +6 yrs.; M.S.)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- 2 years of relevant experience
