Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess a strong understanding of various carpentry techniques and tools.

Responsibilities Execute carpentry projects according to blueprints or schematics

Perform stucco, siding, and concrete forming tasks

Install flooring and hang doors with precision

Collaborate with construction site teams to ensure project completion

Experience

Proven experience in carpentry, particularly in restoration projects

Proficiency in a variety of carpentry skills including flooring installation, siding, and door hangings

Has worked in a commercial setting as a carpenter for 2years

Has experience completing punch lists

Can perform additional handyman type activities

Requirements:

Previous construction site experience

Own basic hand tools

Your own reliable transportation

Willingness to undergo background check

Pay and Benefits:

Pay commensurate with experience, anticipated range: $35-45/ per hour Heath Insurance Vision and Dental Insurance
