Salary Range: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Title:

Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess a strong understanding of various carpentry techniques and tools.

• Execute carpentry projects according to blueprints or schematics
• Perform stucco, siding, and concrete forming tasks
• Install flooring and hang doors with precision
• Collaborate with construction site teams to ensure project completion

• Proven experience in carpentry, particularly in restoration projects
• Proficiency in a variety of carpentry skills including flooring installation, siding, and door hangings
• Has worked in a commercial setting as a carpenter for 2 years
• Has experience completing punch lists
• Can perform additional handyman type activities

• Previous construction site experience
• Own basic hand tools
• Your own reliable transportation
• Willingness to undergo background check

Pay commensurate with experience, anticipated range: $25-$40 per hour
