Summary
Pro Tool & Supply and Pro Equipment Rental have been serving the construction industry in New England for over 45 years. With locations in Brockton, Waltham, Springfield MA and Cranston RI, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team. Specifically we are looking for someone who will assist our Service Manager in keeping up with the day to day operations of our equipment, with service and repairs.
Potential employee must demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's vision, mission & core values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, managers & suppliers. Adhere to all company policies, procedures & safety standards. Maintain a safe, clean & organized work area.

Duties- Working with manufacturers on warranty issues and claims.
- Work with our customers on warranty repairs and claims.
- Ordering parts.
- Processing purchase orders.
- Team oriented, able to work with others respectfully.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety standards.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Experience ordering parts / looking at schematics.
