Operating out of Boston and elsewhere, we offer electronics and control repairs, equipment repairs and rebuilds, installations, refrigeration, and preventative maintenance plans to maximize the reliability and efficiency of our customers’ industrial systems.

The Service Technician serves as an ambassador for Air Energy Group and is responsible for managing the installation, servicing, and repair of air compressors, dryers, tanks, and related compressed air equipment on-site to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

• Servicing air compressors, dryers, filters, and related compressed air equipment.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate electrical diagrams and machine faults.
• Provide technical service, start‑ups, installation, and repairs of air compressors, dryers, tanks, and all related compressed air products.
• Complete written evaluations, recommendations, and related company reports; communicate and schedule through service software.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to existing sales and service business growth.
• Care for and maintain a company vehicle.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

This is a full‑time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as required by job duties.

There may be times when overnight travel is required; this will be an exception.

• Previous field experience working on compressed air equipment is highly desired.
• Previous work history of 2 to 3 years with a service‑based organization.

• Valid, unexpired driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
