Sign‑on Bonus
: $1,500

• Investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects on a variety of commercial roofing systems.
• Repair, maintain, and install all types of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, Modified, etc.
• Inspect roofs to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate electronic records of completed work.
• Follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism.

• Experience with various commercial roofing systems is strongly preferred, but training will be provided to the right individuals.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse.
• Ability to use technology to communicate and document work.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Minimum age 18 years.

• Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
• Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders; frequent lifting.
• Travel:
  Mostly local; within 1 hour.
