Position:Commercial Roofing Lead Service Technician
Location:
Brockton, MA
Pay
:
Starting at $30+/hr. BOE
Sign‑on Bonus
: $1,500
- Investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects on a variety of commercial roofing systems.
- Repair, maintain, and install all types of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, Modified, etc.
- Inspect roofs to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate electronic records of completed work.
- Follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism.
- Experience with various commercial roofing systems is strongly preferred, but training will be provided to the right individuals.
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse.
- Ability to use technology to communicate and document work.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
- Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders; frequent lifting.
- Travel:
Mostly local; within 1 hour.
