• Work closely with the Construction Foreman in the installation of landscape projects
• Must have knowledge and skills in the installation of hardscapes including retaining walls, paver patios/ walkways, driveways, plant material, outdoor lighting, water features, grading, etc.
• Communicate effectively to the senior foreman on any project changes and needs.
• Always deliver high-quality work and craftsmanship.
• Always represent the firm’s best interest and maintain the highest level of integrity for our customers and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized job site in all conditions
• Provide a safe and healthy working environment following OSHA’s highest standards

• 2 years of experience in landscape design/construction and/or related trade school enrollment.
• Must have a high attention to detail, self-motivated, and great customer service skills.
• Possess a valid MA driver license and/or CDL Class A or B
• Must be professional in appearance and actions.
• Must be able to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
• Understands elevations and uses this knowledge to execute the construction plans.
• Operates, proficiently, a variety of construction equipment, including skid steers, excavators, front end loaders, plate compactors, vibratory rollers, stone grinders, drills, gas and electric chop saws, demolition hammers, and jackhammers.
• Perform snow removal during the winter months as well as help with the maintaining of equipment.
