As a Level Three Technician, you’ll play a critical role in troubleshooting, enhancing, and optimizing irrigation systems for both residential and commercial properties. • Competitive Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour + bonus opportunities

• Lead the troubleshooting and repair of advanced irrigation systems
• Install and optimize smart irrigation controllers, flow sensing devices, and sensors
• Enhance and retrofit existing systems for maximum efficiency
• Install micro and drip irrigation systems, tailored to specific customer needs
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
• Work independently and collaborate with other team members on complex projects
• Assess residential and commercial systems using our proven SES® and CSA® processes
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and system performance

• 5+ years of documented experience in the irrigation industry with proficiency in troubleshooting, repair, and system optimization
• Advanced technical knowledge of smart irrigation technology, flow sensing, and system enhancements
• Clean driving record
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Results-driven with the motivation to earn production bonuses
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering top-tier service
• Ability to handle physical labor in various weather conditions and work in the field
