Seaman Paper Company is seeking a Master Mechanic for its Otter River, MA mill. This six‑day union position offers base pay with overtime after eight hours, time and a half on Saturdays, and double time on Sundays. The candidate will repair and rebuild pumps, interpret drawings, and operate front end loaders, backhoes, and plow trucks.
You must own a tool set and obtain Mass Hoisting Class 2B (or 2A) license within 60–90 days, and be prepared for callouts nights/weekends/holidays.
