What You'll Do:

* Provide individualized and flexible services to youth and families with multiple needs

* Deliver interventions designed to maximize skills and strengths

* Support families through structured, strength-based therapeutic relationships

* Assist with implementing individualized plans developed by families and providers

* Engage youth and families to reduce child protective concerns and encourage resiliency

* Participate in clinical services and assessments to support emotional and behavioral needs

What You Bring:

* Education/

Experience:

* High School Diploma or GED required

* Bachelor's degree preferred plus 1 year experience, OR

* Lived experience plus 5+ years working with children and families

* Essential

Skills:

* Experience working with children and families with significant mental health or behavioral challenges

* Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively

* Requirements:

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

* Fluency in English required; multilingual skills a bonus

* Preferred:

* Growth mindset and willingness to learn

* Lived experience valued
