Family and Community Resources, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager for the Family Stabilization Visitation Center in Brockton and Raynham. This full-time role (35 hours/week) focuses on advocacy and case management services, providing supervision for visits between children and non-custodial parents.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years of experience in case management, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with community resources and the ability to work flexibly with families are essential.
