Delta‑T Group is seeking Direct Support Shelter Advocates in the Brockton/ Brighton area to support homeless families within a 24/7 shelter team. The role is an independent contractor position, offering $21/hr with multiple shifts (8am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-8am).
You will help provide basic shelter services and work toward moving families out of shelter. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, rounds for safety, meal support, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
