The Key Program, Inc is seeking an Outreach Caseworker to work with adolescents and their families involved with MA Department of Children & Families (DCF) and living in the Northeast MA and Southern NH areas. The Outreach Caseworker will oversee and execute services for clients referred by DCF.
As a full-time position, you will provide advocacy, counseling and coordination of clinical services, while building community resources and ensuring timely documentation and client progress.
