Neighbor Works Housing Solutions is seeking a compassionate Housing Stabilization Case Manager to support families transitioning from shelter to permanent housing. You will provide trauma-informed case management, help with housing search, and connect clients to employment and supports to sustain stability.
The role reports to the Stabilization Manager and works with Home Base Case Managers and partners to deliver coordinated services and resources.
