Father Bill’s & Main Spring in Brockton, MA is seeking a Stabilization Case Manager for a full-time, hourly position. You will support families moving from homelessness to housing, coordinating referrals and maintaining permanent housing.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; CPR certification is required and provided by FBMS. AED and First Aid may also be required and provided.
