The primary function of the Salesforce Developer is to design, develop, and implement applications using general programming languages and technologies (e.g., C#, C++, HTML) to support business requirements. This role focuses on delivering scalable and secure enterprise solutions while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze highly complex business requirements and generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
- Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts
- Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement, and support solutions
- Assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for supported areas
- Thrive in an evolving environment and adapt quickly to change
- Adjust work priorities effectively in a positive and proactive manner
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- 8+ years of development experience
- Hands‑on experience designing, developing, and successfully deploying large‑scale projects end‑to‑end
- Experience working within iterative and agile SDLC environments
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce platform development
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems
- Experience supporting regulated or compliance‑driven environments
