The primary function of the Salesforce Developer is to design, develop, and implement applications using general programming languages and technologies (e.g., C#, C++, HTML) to support business requirements. This role focuses on delivering scalable and secure enterprise solutions while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.

• Analyze highly complex business requirements and generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
• Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts
• Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement, and support solutions
• Assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for supported areas
• Thrive in an evolving environment and adapt quickly to change
• Adjust work priorities effectively in a positive and proactive manner

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
• 8+ years of development experience
• Hands‑on experience designing, developing, and successfully deploying large‑scale projects end‑to‑end
• Experience working within iterative and agile SDLC environments

• Advanced expertise in Salesforce platform development
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems
• Experience supporting regulated or compliance‑driven environments
