Technical BackgroundMost successful candidates will have experience with several of:

- Embedded Systems
- AI Coding Agents
You do not need experience with everything.
You do need the ability to learn anything.
We'd Be Particularly Interested In- 3+ years building production software systems in Python
- Experience working with robotics, automation, autonomous systems, or embedded platforms
- Hands-on experience with physical hardware, sensors, cameras, or robotic systems
- Experience building or owning CI/CD pipelines
- Active personal projects, Git Hub contributions, or technical side projects
- Experience directing AI coding agents to solve engineering problems
We're less interested in whether you've used a particular tool.
We're more interested in:
- How quickly you learn
- How you approach unfamiliar problems
- How you identify bottlenecks
- How you make engineering decisions
- How you operate in ambiguity
- Whether we'd trust you with a difficult technical problem and no predefined solution
