Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services;
Drive company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts safely and on time to commercial customers;
Load and unload parts per route schedules and maintain accurate loading procedures;
Maintain delivery vehicle upkeep and report any issues promptly to ensure fleet readiness;
Process cash and card transactions securely and in accordance with company policies
