• Manage the maintenance and repair of a fleet of refrigerated trucks, tractors, and trailers

• Manage a team of technicians to complete repairs on time
• Maintain running cost within budgetl
• Work closely with customers to meet their transportation needs

• 6+ years of experience managing a Heavy Truck Maintenance shop
• Experience leading a team of diesel mechanics maintaining a heavy truck fleet
• A customer focused mindset
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skill set

• Competitive Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 per year + Annual Bonus of up to $10,000 + Monthly PM Bonus
