CDP Fastener Group is seeking a dependable and organized Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products while maintaining inventory integrity and delivering exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Inspect incoming materials for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Generate shipping labels and documentation using company systems and carrier software.
- Coordinate shipments with carriers including UPS, Fed Ex, LTL, and freight providers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Organize and stock warehouse inventory in designated storage locations.
- Ensure all shipments are packaged securely and meet customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Work closely with the sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately process orders and maintain inventory records.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Experience with shipping software and major carriers is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment after training.
