Join our Billing team in this entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in billing, invoicing, and administrative operations. In this role, you'll receive hands‑on training and guidance while supporting a variety of billing and data‑related processes. Working within established procedures, you'll develop your skills in accuracy, organization, and customer support while gaining valuable experience in a collaborative team environment.
This position offers opportunities for growth and occasional travel to regional locations for team events, cross‑training, project implementation, and professional development.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with partners and vendors
- Collecting data and inputting the data into various databases
- Reviewing records for accuracy
- Updating databases with new or revised information as necessary
- Performing regular backups of information to ensure data preservation
- Retrieving records and electronic files from the database
- Sorting and organizing paper records or notes after data entry
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of accounting or Fuel industry experience required
- Demonstrated computer skills, especially importing to and exporting from Excel.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time-management and organizations skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional analytical skill to sort through high volume of data and information

Candidate will be required to participate in the following as a condition to hire:
