Office Operations Support – Position Summary

We are looking for an organized and dependable Office Operations Support professional who wants to learn the business from the ground up and take on increasing responsibility over time. The position will initially focus on administrative, organizational, filing, data entry, record maintenance, and office cleanup projects while learning the company's systems and processes. As knowledge and experience increase, responsibilities will expand into areas such as purchasing, customer orders, production, outside processing, shipping and receiving, and other office operations.

This position is best suited for someone who naturally pays attention to what is happening around them, notices when something needs attention, and takes initiative to find answers and follow tasks through to completion. Success in this role will be measured not only by completing assigned work, but by becoming increasingly dependable and self-sufficient.
