Seeking a hands‑on Senior Product Management Director, the full‑time remote leader will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for ACV MAX, managing a team of product managers while driving strategic and tactical initiatives in the automotive dealer software industry.
Key responsibilities- Shape the product vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmap for ACV MAX
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers while enhancing product operations
- Drive AI‑first product development and maintain competitive analysis within the dealer software landscape
- BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive dealer B2B software industry
- Technical fluency with a deep understanding of software development processes
- Hands‑on experience with agentic AI tools and mastery of end‑to‑end product delivery
