The RoleSimple Practice is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and champion our navigation and design system, treating it as a core product that serves and supercharges our entire product line. You will define the vision, prioritize the roadmap, and drive adoption of our design system.
Responsibilities- Define and champion the vision:
Articulate a clear product vision and strategy for navigation and the design system that aligns with broader company goals. Build consensus and advocate for the system's value to secure investment. - Manage the product roadmap:
Own the roadmap and prioritize development of components and features based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility. - Drive adoption and engagement:
Develop and execute a communication plan to increase visibility and encourage adoption across product teams. Establish feedback loops through user interviews and surveys to keep the system relevant. - Measure impact:
Define key performance indicators and use qualitative and quantitative data to measure the design system's impact on efficiency, consistency, and time‑to‑market. - Bridge communication:
Serve as the primary liaison between design, engineering, and product teams, reducing gaps and ensuring a shared source of truth. - Reduce debt and rework:
Champion a component‑based approach to reduce technical debt and minimize rework across the organization.
- 6+ years of product development experience.
- Proven experience as a product manager, ideally with a focus on platform, infrastructure, or internal tools.
- Strong understanding of design systems and their role in a scaled product organization.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across disciplines.
- A data‑driven mindset, comfortable using metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate value.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
$170,000 - $190,000 annually
