A growing, science focused medical communications agency is seeking a Director, Client Growth & Partnerships to help lead business development, strategic client engagement, and organic growth initiatives across our medical affairs and publications portfolio.

They partner with innovative healthcare organizations to connect science, strategy, and meaningful communication. Their work spans publication planning, congress support, medical strategy, and scientific storytelling - and they're looking for a strategic, relationship driven leader to help shape our next phase of growth.

What You'll Do
  • Build and expand client relationships, identifying new partnership opportunities
  • Lead multi touch outreach, discovery calls, and capabilities presentations
  • Develop clear, compelling proposals in partnership with scientific and client services teams
  • Support organic growth within existing accounts
  • Represent the agency as a strategic, consultative partner to clients
  • Collaborate with leadership on positioning, market intelligence, and growth strategy
  • Contribute to a culture rooted in collaboration, excellence, communication, and innovation
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in medical communications, ideally with experience in publications and medical affairs
  • Strong background in client engagement, new business development, or account strategy
  • Comfort discussing publication planning, congress strategy, scientific communication, and Med Comms workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities in a fast paced environment
  • A collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for building lasting client partnerships

This role is fully remote within the United States and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a high performing, supportive, and growing Med Comms team.
