Primary responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support production staff
• Manage full production lifecycle from briefing through delivery
• Coordinate workflow across creative, account, and compliance teams
• Oversee budgets, vendor quotes, timelines, and production schedules
• Ensure compliance with USPS requirements and FEC disclaimer rules
• Communicate project updates, risks, and next steps clearly

Required experience and skills

• 4+ years of production management experience in political advertising, campaigns, or advocacy
• Strong knowledge of USPS mail systems and print production processes
• Familiarity with FEC compliance and disclaimer requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Google Suite
• Experience with project tracking or workflow management tools preferred
