Master Scheduler
Security ClearanceThis position requires an active Secret clearance to be considered.
Role OverviewThe Master Scheduler will assist with CBP's Administrative Construction Project Scheduling.
Compensation & BenefitsPay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Responsibilities- Creates both standard and ad‑hoc briefings and reports for the government, gathering and validating data, performing quality assurance checks, and ensuring clear and accurate presentation.
- Provides comprehensive program‑level analysis and reporting support for construction projects, including facility and infrastructure sustainment, maintenance, repair, and operational costs, supporting decision‑making and senior‑management insight.
- Develops, maintains, and continuously improves the risk‑management program for the construction‑project portfolio, collaborating with senior management, project managers, and subject‑matter experts to create risk registers and conduct lessons‑learned analyses.
- Performs technical reviews of project documents to ensure alignment with the PMO's risk‑management approach and recommends improvements.
- Supports senior management with detailed reports and analysis that highlight key insights and trends, aiding strategic decision‑making.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust.
- Must pass pre‑employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
- Master's Degree.
- Ten years' experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or a related field.
- Experience using SAP (ERP System).
- Experience in IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System preferred.
- Office management experience required; data analytics experience desired.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
