Paralegal Analyst

We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to join our team as AI Output Verification Analysts. Depending on experience, candidates may be considered for Junior Analyst (L1) or Senior Analyst (L2) positions. In this role, you will review AI-generated outputs extracted from legal documents, ensure their accuracy, and contribute to refining AI extraction models. Senior Analysts will additionally oversee quality analysis and provide peer reviews.

• Verify AI outputs against source documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies and correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Collaborate with legal experts and project managers to refine extraction models.
• Document errors, corrections, and recurring patterns to improve AI performance.
• For Senior Analysts:
  • Conduct quality analysis and peer reviews of outputs.
  • Handle feedback, resolve queries, and provide clarification.
  • Ensure precision and consistency across verified outputs.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

• Education
  :
  • Junior Analyst:
    Bachelors degree (any discipline) or Paralegal Studies.
  • Senior Analyst:
    Bachelor’s degree in Law or Paralegal Studies.
• Experience
  :
  • Junior Analyst:
    Fresh graduates or candidates with prior exposure to legal research, paralegal work, or data verification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Senior Analyst: 2–3 years of experience in analyst roles, with team handling ability.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and court documents.
• Ability to analyse structured and unstructured data.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
• Adaptability to evolving AI tools and workflows.
• Integrity in handling sensitive legal information.
