About the Role
We're looking for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and making things happen.
As our Client Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in keeping our national accounts running smoothly—ensuring execution, communication, and coordination across our clients, customers, and internal team.
This is a high-impact role in a small, fast-moving company where you'll work directly with leadership, take ownership of key workflows, and help drive the day-to-day execution that keeps our business moving forward.
This role is fully remote; however, preference will be given to candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones due to retailer alignment.
This role will initially spend approximately 75% of time supporting Sales/National Accounts and 25% supporting VMI and inventory-related workflows. The allocation of time may shift based on business needs, requiring flexibility and adaptability as priorities evolve.
If you're someone who stays one step ahead, follows through on every detail, communicates confidently across different personalities, and takes pride in keeping things organized and on track—this role is likely a great fit.
