Performs a variety of administrative tasks requiring in-depth department-specific knowledge of a technical, administrative and procedural nature relative to accounting and inventory control. The successful candidate will have a safety-oriented mindset.
PrimaryJob Duties:
- Perform Baan transactions to support production by releasing jobs and working with planning to ensure material is released in a timely manner
- Utilize Broken Arrow Signals
- Generate shipping documents to support shipments to outside vendors and/or other Solar Facilities.
- Manage hardware (floor stock) in warehouse and assembly locations. Receive parts into Baan in a timely manner and communicate shortages / excess to Material Planning.
- Assist with weekly and monthly system generated cycle counts.
- Perform ad-hoc part counts to validate inventory levels.
- Process warehouse transfers.
- Back up service parts admin teammate when they are out of the office
Job Duties:
- Assist with receiving in raw materials or shipments from outside vendors into Baan and transact to production orders as needed.
- Generate weekly and monthly cycle counts and hand off for counts.
- Work with various departments in Broken Arrow on special projects as needed.
This position has some direct client interface and represents Solar Turbines to external Suppliers. Internal contacts can include any of the following:
Finance, Treasury, Production, Warehousing, Inspection, Planning, Purchasing, and Engineering.
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be proficient in Microsoft 365 Family (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, etc)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Able to effectively work in a team environment
