The Associate Operations Minister works with the Operations Minister to coordinate campus operations, provide support to staff and attenders, and lead a team of dream teamers that execute initiatives at their campus. They also support the Operations Minister in leading through day-to-day operations.
Your Day-to-Day- Lead the Operations dream team alongside the Operations Minister to recruit, develop, and empower dream teamers so they are operating in their strengths to support campus operations and ministry needs
- Schedule dream teamers for ministry activities such as Advance Track and Baptism
- Assist in the collection, entry, and maintenance of member data in databases for campus, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and data integrity
- Assist Operations Manager in the oversight of the campus budget
- Manage campus logistics, systems, and structure that includes but is not limited to calendaring and event scheduling
- Assist in all internal and external communications
- Perform other church duties as assigned by the Operations Minister to help all people of all ages all the time advance in their journey with Christ
- Supports campus staff with technical troubleshooting, system navigation and software applications
- Experience in administrative or operational roles is helpful but not necessary

Depending on the role, you might find yourself in an office, on stage, out in the community, or working behind the scenes. Evening and weekend hours may be required—it’s all part of ministry life!
This role is primarily office-based but may involve some physical activity, including standing, lifting (up to 50 pounds), kneeling, setting up equipment, or prepping for events—sometimes even late ’t worry; we’ll ensure you know what to expect!
