** JOB SUMMARY
** The
* * Counselo
* * r is responsible for the safety, health, andwell-beingof all campers within their assigned cabin throughout the day and from the time they return to the cabin for the evening to whencampers are released to instruction the following morning. The Parent Program Cabin Counselor is responsible for assisting campers with any needs or challenges thatariseduringthe week, referring to the Head Counselor as needed.

This role provides you with the ability to connect with the campers outside of the park setting and enhance the overall experience.  Parent Program Cabin
*** This position does not require applicants to possess a working knowledge of Action Sports.
**** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** Attend and participate in staff training, meetings and touch bases to acquire knowledge for behavior management techniques, emergency evacuation procedures, etc. Connection & Community – Create a cohesive and positive cabin experience amongst all campers in the cabin Other duties as assigned
** SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

** Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Ability prioritize multiple tasks at the same time

**** Preferred 1+ years of experience working with kids and/or teens
* Experience working in a camp environment is preferred.
* High School degree or equivalent preferred
